Pierre was very responsive and good communication about arrival etc. The apartment is a good size and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Family of 5 fit just fine."

"The beds are terrible. They need replacing ASAP. Pierre did get us a mattress topper when I contacted him. We were grateful but it made little difference. If you got some new beds this would be a 10/10 place to stay. Shower pressure not great at times but manageable. But this is very good value for money."

The kitchen needs to have a bit of effort put in to cater for families who might want / need to cook at home. Just little things like a proper cutlery tray, some new cups and glasses. Cleaners need to make sure the kitchenware is cleaned, not just shoved back in drawers."
